All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you have any issues with your order, please email  pgccandleco@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you. Please include your order number, full name and a detailed description of your order issue. We will get back to you within 48 hours (Mon - Fri 9am -  5pm EST). 

Please note that we are unable accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including buyer’s remorse or incorrect ordering.
