Please include your order number, full name and detailed description of your issue. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours. We are not open during weekends and holidays. Please note we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for amy reason, including buyer's remorse or incorrect ordering.

We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-5 business days (not including holidays) for processing and handling. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please not that processing time is separate from shipping time. Processing time is the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping, and shipping time is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver your order to your doorstep. 

We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be placed the next business day.
